Night Porch
The porch at our hostel in San Ignacio, Belize. We passes through Belize when we were coming from Yucatan, Mexico and going to Tikal, Guatemala. It is supposed to be a safer route than our planned San Cristobal, Mexico to Antigua, Guatemala. This hostel was cheap but had paper thin walls and noisy neighbors. Not too recommended. July '06

The patches of light on the wall and beams are full of colors, I wonder what's casting these lights, what will I see if I stood there and look down onto the street?
There was actually a soccer field on the other side, I have some photos I will post soon. The patterns on the walls reminded me of quilt work.
