Here is Diana, Wim's sister, after having performed her Kitri solo (from Don Quixote) at the Garcia Lorca Theater in Havana. I like how she gets all these droplets of sweat on her nose, products of her admirable effort and passion for ballet. April '06

beautiful portrait! drops of sweat look a bit like tiny diamonds in this light, the reward for the exertion
